These Delivery and Return Terms govern the digital services provided via the montherapy.me website and/or mobile application, including online therapy, psychological counselling, expert consultations, assessments, digital content, membership services, appointments, and similar digital services. montherapy.me is a digital platform that connects users with experts and delivers online session and support processes.

The services provided via montherapy.me are primarily delivered in a digital environment. These include: viewing expert profiles, expert matching, online therapy/counselling sessions, video, audio, or message-based consultations, psychological assessments, appointment management via user panel, and similar electronic services.
3. Delivery / Service Fulfilment
Services purchased on montherapy.me are not delivered by physical shipment — they are fulfilled digitally. The platform operates as a system that connects users with experts in an online environment.
Depending on the type of service purchased, delivery may occur in the following ways:
- Granting access via the user account
- Creating an appointment
- Completing an expert match
- Opening a test or digital content for the user
- Assigning a video, audio, or text session link
- Sending notification via email or in-platform message
The service is provided to the user within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, based on the nature of the service. For appointment-based services, delivery is completed when the expert conducts the online session at the scheduled time.
The service provider cannot be held responsible for access issues arising from incorrect phone numbers, email addresses, or account information provided by the user.
4. Cancellation Terms
The user may request cancellation for a service that has not yet commenced.
However, the service is deemed to have commenced in the following situations:
- An expert match has been made
- An appointment has been created
- A session time has been scheduled
- Access to a digital assessment has been granted
- Content has been opened via the user panel
- A personalised evaluation or preparation process has been initiated
In such cases, refund and cancellation requests will be evaluated separately based on the nature and fulfilment status of the service.
5. Return Terms
A significant portion of the services provided via montherapy.me are instantly fulfilled digital services, online sessions, appointment-based professional services, or services specifically planned for the user.
For this reason, refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- If the session has started
- If an expert consultation has taken place
- If access to digital content or an assessment has been provided
- If personalised matching or planning has been completed
- If a counselling process has commenced
Partial or full refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- A system error not caused by the user
- Service was not delivered despite payment being received
- Duplicate charge
- A clear technical failure on the part of the seller/platform
- Failure of the service provider to fulfil the appointment without valid reason
Where a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded within legal timeframes via the original payment method.
6. Appointment and Session Policy
The user may request a change or postponement within a reasonable time before the appointment. Availability is assessed based on the expert's schedule and platform operations.
If the user fails to attend the session on time, experiences internet or device issues, does not connect, or arrives late, a refund of the service fee may not be possible.
The service provider reserves the right to reschedule the appointment when deemed necessary.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of internet infrastructure issues, cyberattacks, power outages, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental decisions, communication system failures, or similar force majeure events, there may be delays or disruptions in service delivery. The service provider cannot be held responsible in such cases.
