KVKK Clarification Text

As Monotherapy, we attach great importance to the security of your personal data. With this Clarification Text, we aim to inform you about the processing of your personal data within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ('KVKK').
1. Identity of the Data Controller
In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data may be processed by Monotherapy as the 'Data Controller' within the scope described below.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- To perform the necessary work to benefit you from our products and services.
- To ensure legal and technical security for our company and related persons.
- To fulfill legal obligations required by official authorities.
- To improve our service quality and conduct analysis.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and authorized private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by Monotherapy through electronic channels (website, mobile application, email) based on legal reasons such as the necessity of processing data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned.
5. Rights of the Data Owner (Article 11)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights by applying to us:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed or not.
- To request information if your personal data has been processed.
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used appropriately.
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
- To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data.
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
- To request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to us in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the email address previously notified to the Data Controller.
